- Shipping Area: We currently only ship within Durban. Orders placed outside this region cannot be processed at this time.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped as soon as they are ready.
- Delivery Time: Local deliveries within Durban typically take 1-3 business days after processing.
- Shipping Fees: A flat-rate shipping fee applies to all orders, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
- Delivery Restrictions: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or locations outside Durban.
