Our bottled water has a shelf life of up to 12 months when stored correctly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always check the expiry date on the bottle for best quality.
Store at room temperature or cooler, out of direct sunlight and away from solvents and chemicals such as fuel, paint thinners, household cleaners, and dry-cleaning chemicals.
Particularly note that the bottled water should not be stored in places that have a significant amount of heat, like a garage or outdoor car park.
Unlike other types of plastic, PET is not single use. PET is 100% recyclable, versatile and is made to be remade.
Please do not throw your empty bottles in the bin. PET Bottles is readily recycled in South Africa, but this can only happen if you make sure your bottle ends up at the recycling plant, not in the landfill.
It’s best to allow 7-14 days of lead time – 1 week for labels and 1 week for bottling and delivery. However, please check when you place the order, as this timing may sometimes differ due to unforeseen circumstances.

Standard Deliveries are overnight at a set rate mentioned in your invoice.
The Courier Company will deliver the order at the doorstep of the address provided. So we would request you to make arrangements to move the delivery from the doorstep to where you would like to store.
Water is delivered anytime from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
